- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Remove plastic and use cardboard to slide pizza and parchment onto the low-middle rack. *Pizza cooks on parchment paper only; remove cardboard from oven *(parchment will darken during cooking)
- Cook pizza** 10-15 minutes **until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbles. Oven temperatures vary, so check your pie after 8 minutes and rotate if necessary
- Pull parchment back onto cardboard **to remove pizza from oven. Let your pie sit for **2-3 minutes before enjoying!
